CRONIMET strengthens its partnership with its long-term customer Outokumpu

In particular to reduce CO2 emissions through shorter transport routes between the CRONIMET sites in Northeast Europe and the stainless steel mills of our partner Outokumpu, we have decided on a strategic partnership.
For this purpose, Outokumpu acquires 10% of CRONIMET North-East GmbH. Cooperation in research and innovation is also part of this collaboration. The aim is to develop technologies for further CO2 reduction in the future.
CRONIMET retains full operational control over the participating companies of CRONIMET North-East GmbH. An expansion of the shareholding in CRONIMET North-East or an investment in other companies of the CRONIMET Group is not planned.
