LH 24 winter extreme race with Cronimet representation
An extreme endurance race for the general sport public was held at Beskydy Mountains in the Czech Republic at the weekend 18.-19. 1. 2020.
The aim of Lysá hora 24 race is the highest number of climbs up at a fixed 11,2km long run to the top of Lysá hora in 24 hours.
This year, for the first time (and certainly not the last), with a lot of virtual and personal support of our colleagues, our courageous co-worker Petr Pospíšil also took part. Petr has been working in our company since the autumn of 2018 in the area of material receipt and has been running almost daily to work and back. He showed an amazing form, because he did not get lost in the strong competition of 594 competitors, he took an amazing 61st place and walked more than 100 kms. He represented Cronimet in an amazing way and within 24 hours he managed to conquer the peak of Lysá hora nine times. Congratulations to him. We wish him many sports achievements.
