CRONIMET has taken another important step towards the future. As of August 1st, 2021, Jürgen Pilarsky, CEO of CRONIMET Holding GmbH, will take over the baton as majority shareholder from his father, company founder and previous majority shareholder Günter Pilarsky. Jürgen Pilarsky now holds 51 percent of the shares, with Günter Pilarsky retaining 49 percent.

With the takeover of the majority shares by CEO Jürgen Pilarsky, the family business is focusing on continuity. For you as our valued business partner, nothing will change.
